About this role
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategy aligned with company commercial objectives
- Increase product visibility and conversion in retail and distribution channels
- Strengthen collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and key partners
- Ensure efficient use of trade marketing investments with measurable ROI
- Develop and execute channel-specific trade marketing plans for retail and distribution partners
- Translate brand strategy into effective in-store execution and commercial initiatives
- Define and implement promotional mechanics and sell-out campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in:
- Trade Marketing / Marketing / Sales
- Strong understanding of:
- Retail & distribution channels
- FMCG / B2B environment (preferably construction industry)
Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Retailers
- Distributors
- Key partners
- Ensure strong collaboration for joint promotional initiatives
