As Knowledge & Information Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving our technical knowledge and product data landscape. You will ensure that critical technical know-how, product information, and business data are structured, governed, and made accessible through innovative digital solutions. Working closely with technical, commercial, and IT stakeholders, you will drive digital transformation and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Own and further develop the Engineering Document Management System (EDMS) and related knowledge management platforms
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve a centralized technical knowledge repository
  • Capture, structure, and preserve technical know-how and best practices from global and local stakeholders
  • Define and maintain standards, processes, and governance for technical documentation and product data
  • Drive product data quality initiatives and establish clear ownership and governance models
  • Analyze technical and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement potential
  • Translate data and information into actionable insights supporting business decisions
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of digital and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and knowledge accessibility
  • Partner with Technical, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to implement scalable knowledge and data management processes
  • Drive innovation initiatives and identify emerging technologies that create business value
  • University degree in Engineering, Information Management, Data Management, Knowledge Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, data management, technical documentation, digital transformation
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Experience with digital platforms, databases, enterprise information systems, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
  • Project management and change management experience are an advantage
  • Experience with AI-driven technologies, business intelligence tools, or knowledge management platforms is a plus
