- Manage accounting documents: filing, organizing, scanning, and archiving financial records
- Process invoices and verify supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate data entry in accounting systems and spreadsheets
- Monitor invoice and payment status across departments
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and follow up on required documents
- Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting functions as assigned
- Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, copying, and document distribution
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred)
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner
