About the Role    
We are looking for several change management consultants to support the delivery of upcoming large‑scale projects. The role will be hybrid, based in Ottawa.

Role and Responsibilities  


• Conduct a comprehensive change impact analysis, including effects on processes, roles, teams, and operations.  



• Develop an integrated transition and communication strategy aligned with project  objectives  and stakeholder needs.  



• Build an overall change management plan covering engagement, communication, training, and support activities.  



• Define and deliver transition and communication strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and interventions.  



• Produce detailed change management plans, including actions, timelines, responsibilities, and monitoring mechanisms.  



• Prepare presentations, analyses, and  decision support  documents for managers and governance committees.  



• Ensure regular  follow up  on progress by providing status updates and collaborating closely with project coordination teams.  



• Document operational impacts and related issues to support adoption and  anticipate  risks.  

• Design and produce communication materials to inform, engage, and support stakeholders.  

Qualifications and Experience    
Required  qualifications    


• Bachelor’s degree in  a n appropriate discipline  (administration, human resources, organizational development, industrial engineering, communications, or psychology)  or equivalent.  



• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English (advanced French required ).  



• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management.  



• Be familiar with change management best practices.  

• Be able to simplify and clearly explain complex concepts.  

Compensation (Ontario)    
The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate based on factors such as experience, technical  expertise , location, and relevant certifications. Final compensation will be  determined  according to the specific circumstances of each candidate.    
Estimated salary range:  $ 8 0,000 to $120,000 per year.    
This posting is a future hiring need.
