8-15 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Learning & Development, or Consulting. Good understanding of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci). Exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Power Platform, or Digital Workplace technologies. Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and training skills. Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users. Fluent Arabic and English (Mandatory). Candidate should be based in the UAE or available to relocate/work in the UAE.
Prosci certification. Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Viva. Experience with Generative AI and AI adoption programs. UAE government/public sector exposure is an advantage.
