The HR officer will have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure. They will be a team player who is self-motivated, results driven and resilient and someone who pays excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
The HR officer will be full time, office based, enjoying a salary of £28k to £32k with 20 days holiday, pension and blue light card.
It is not essential to hold formal HR qualifications, just a genuine interest in supporting and developing people and willingness to learn necessary HR legislation/processes. Knowledge/experience of the care sector might be an advantage
