As a Turnaround Planner at FLINT, you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling industrial turnarounds, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

What would you be doing?

  • Develop and lead a detailed turnaround schedule to analyze projects. Ensure all scheduled work adheres to safety standards.
  • Lead and coordinate the initiation phase of construction, and clarify all details relating to planning, scheduling, and scope of work by using lead, lag, critical path, and milestones.
  • Oversee project progress and productivity, recognize areas of concern, and propose prompt and effective solutions.
  • Manage external service providers and supplier coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and SAP.
  • Strong understanding of different trade work scopes in an open shop environment.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
