FLINT is excited to announce that we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for the Montney (Dawson Creek / Fort St. John Area) Turnaround! Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic workforce and contribute to impactful projects.

Location:  Dawson Creek / Fort St. John, BC

Duration:  July 6, 2026 – July 18, 2026

(Travel July 6 | Orientation July 7 | On site July 8–18)

NOW HIRING: Pipefitters | Skilled Labourers

Details:

  • Turnaround maintenance including piping, tie‑ins, bolt‑up, welding support, and general TA scope.
  • Day and Night shifts – Continuous schedule
  • 13‑hour workdays (includes daily travel)
  • Daily travel: 1 hour paid per day
  • Mobilization / Demobilization provided each way over 100 km
  • Camp accommodation provided (camp located within 15–20 minutes of site)
  • Pipefitter Rates:  $30.00 – $46.00 per hour (based on classification)
  • Night Shift Premium: $2.50/hour
  • Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • WHMIS
  • CSO
  • No virtual option — in-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements.
  • Fall Protection
  • H2S Alive
  • Confined Space Entry (considered an asset)
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
