• Develop, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Snap, X, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, and programmatic platforms such as Moloco, AppLovin, and Rokt • Navigating and reporting with AppsFlyer • Optimizing around SKAN limitations • Partner with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and test high-performing ad creative and landing pages • Build and optimize full-funnel user acquisition strategies for gaming, social casino, and entertainment clients with a strong focus on CPA and ROAS • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns—audiences, creatives, bids, and budgets—to drive measurable results • Leverage industry trends and platform updates to inform buying strategies and keep clients competitive • Run robust A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to maximize performance insights • Collaborate with developers and analytics leads to ensure accurate tracking (GA4, pixels, in-app events, etc.) • Deliver detailed reports and insights to internal and external stakeholders
• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a proven track record in mobile gaming, real money gaming, or social casino • Deep experience developing strategies and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, Apple Search Ads, Google UAC; and working knowledge of platforms like Moloco, AppLovin, and Rokt • Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, creative performance analysis, and retargeting • Familiarity with mobile attribution and MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) • Analytical mindset with strong Excel, Google Sheets and platform reporting skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting campaign strategy and performance to clients • Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in a fast-moving environment
