- Preparing, printing, and providing production documents and labels
- Handling order completion and order settlement
- Processing and clarifying deviations in close coordination with Production Planning and Manufacturing
- Creating, maintaining, and optimizing routings and bills of materials (BOMs) in SAP
- Completed technical or commercial education (e.g. apprenticeship, commercial college, technical college), ideally with a focus on production, logistics, or work preparation
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
- Good SAP skills, particularly in PP and MM, or experience with other ERP systems is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Structured, accurate, and independent way of working
- Strong sense of quality and responsibility
- Good organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments
