About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join the Accor Corporate Office. In this regional role, you will coordinate finance and accounting activities across Georgia, the CIS region, and Ukraine, ensuring compliance with local legislation, corporate policies, and financial reporting standards.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, external accounting providers, auditors, and banking partners, you will contribute to maintaining efficient financial operations and supporting the region's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate finance and accounting activities across the assigned countries.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinate payment processes, cash flow forecasting, and banking operations.
  • Review financial, tax, and statutory reporting prepared by external accounting providers.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and corporate requirements.
  • Coordinate month-end closing and corporate reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate external audits and relationships with regulatory authorities when required.
  • Review contracts from a financial and accounting compliance perspective.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization of finance and accounting procedures.
  • Monitor changes in local accounting and tax legislation and ensure compliance across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues and support business operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Experience in an international or hospitality environment is an advantage.
