About the Role
We are looking for a Product Engineer with strong backend development experience to build scalable solutions for RTB, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-performance AdTech products.
- Build and maintain backend services powering our AdTech platform.
- Develop scalable APIs and microservices for RTB and publisher monetization.
- Work on OpenRTB integrations, bidding workflows, and ad-serving infrastructure.
- Build integrations with SSPs, DSPs, and external AdTech partners.
- Optimize platform latency, throughput, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Ad Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver new platform capabilities.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical product decisions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.
- 3- 8 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.
- Strong understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and Programmatic Advertising.
- Programming experience in Python and/or Node.js is preferrable.
- Familiarity with VAST, SSAI, video advertising, or CTV is preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
