We foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that supports professional growth, flexibility, and meaningful work, empowering our employees to make a lasting impact on our clients, communities, and the planet.

Who Are We Looking For?
If you are passionate about working in teams and making a difference for clients, we are looking for you. We bring innovation and expertise from across our organization to deliver customized solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

We are growing our U.S. Industrial Sector team and seeking a Senior Client Manager with experience serving industrial manufacturing companies and delivering innovative water solutions. This role is ideal for a business development professional who thrives in client-facing environments and is excited to help shape our growth in this market.

As a Senior Client Manager, you will lead strategic business development efforts with industrial clients, helping them solve complex water, wastewater, reuse, sustainability, and environmental challenges. You will build executive-level relationships, identify opportunities, guide account strategies, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that create measurable value.

This is a highly visible opportunity to influence market strategy, expand key client relationships, and contribute directly to the growth of our Industrial Sector across North America.

About the Role
Our Senior Client Managers serve as trusted advisors and are central to our client development strategy.

The successful candidate will be externally focused, highly curious about client needs, and passionate about helping industrial manufacturers solve complex water challenges. They will partner with client decision-makers to understand business objectives, operational priorities, sustainability goals, and water-related challenges while collaborating internally to develop and deliver integrated solutions.

This individual will build strategic client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and leverage the full breadth of the firm's technical expertise to strengthen partnerships and expand services. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to generate opportunities that drive long-term clients and business growth.

Success in this role will be measured by:
Growth of strategic industrial client relationships.
Development and advancement of a robust sales pipeline.
Expansion of services within existing accounts.
Acquisition of new industrial manufacturing clients.
Achievement of revenue and business development goals.
Contribution to the long-term growth of the Industrial Sector and the firm.

What Will You Be Doing at Woodard & Curran?
As a Senior Client Manager, you will identify client needs and connect them with innovative solutions that deliver measurable value.

Working with large and complex industrial organizations, you will address water, wastewater, reuse, sustainability, and environmental challenges through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing leaders, operations teams, environmental managers, engineering groups, capital planning teams, and executive stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor and driving account growth.
