We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Content Creator to be the face, voice, and creative engine behind our video content. You will brainstorm, script, film, and edit authentic, high-converting short-form videos across Meta, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Your mission: turn sophisticated AI and No-Code tools into entertaining, scroll-stopping videos that users actually want to watch. In your day to day you will:

Conceptualize, script, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (UGC-style tutorials, tech memes, product features, and hooks).
•
Serve as the primary on-camera creator and voice for Base44’s social channels, delivering high-energy, relatable, and authentic content.
•
Stay ahead of social media video trends, popular audio tracks, and formatting shifts to keep Base44 relevant and viral.
•
Speak the language of developers, creators, and entrepreneurs, turning viewers into active users.
•
Analyze video performance (views, retention rates, sign-ups) and constantly test new storytelling styles.
•
Native-level proficiency in English across speaking, writing, and reading
•
Strong experience filming and editing for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts (Must submit a video portfolio/links with your application).
•
Fast, sharp video editing skills using mobile/desktop tools
•
Passion for AI, No-Code, app creation, and the developer/SaaS world. You can take complex software and explain it simply.
•
Ability to take total ownership of the production process - from writing the script to hitting "publish."
•
Experience (in-house or freelance) with deep product understanding, brand alignment, and creating high-impact video content- an advantage
