The Opportunity

The Marketing & Communications Business Partner provides strategic marketing leadership within a designated faculty, translating university-wide priorities into clear, evidence-based marketing and communications plans.

Working closely with faculty leadership and academic staff, the role ensures undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment activity is planned, delivered and evaluated against agreed intake targets. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying market opportunities, managing risk and supporting informed decision-making.

As the key connection between the faculty and central marketing teams, you will collaborate across content, creative, paid media and digital operations to deliver cohesive campaigns, strong product positioning and a consistent brand presence across all channels.

  • Faculty marketing and communications plans aligned to recruitment and brand strategies
  • Clear performance reporting with actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Strong, trusted relationships with faculty leadership and academic stakeholders
  • Well-executed campaigns that clearly communicate product value propositions

About You

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business or extensive equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success delivering strategic marketing plans in complex environments
  • Strong product marketing expertise and campaign leadership capability
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights
