About the Role

Working within the Academic Pathway Programs Directorate as part of the English Language Programs, you will:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of study tour opportunities from initial engagement through to viable program proposals.
  • Lead engagement with international partners to scope, shape and progress study tour concepts toward approval.
  • Coordinate program scoping, design and pricing to ensure study tours are commercially and operationally viable.
  • Prepare draft program agreements and supporting documentation aligned to approved proposals.
  • Coordinate study tour delivery logistics, including homestay arrangements and non-academic operational activities.
  • Contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement through feedback analysis and delivery reviews.

About You

You are:

  • Qualified, ideally with a postgraduate tertiary qualification in business, client relationship management, project management, operations management (or related), or have an equivalent mix of relevant study and industry experience.
  • Experienced in the international education space, with a solid understanding of international student markets and what partner organisations need.
  • Comfortable building and managing a pipeline, from initial outreach and relationship development through to shaping a viable study tour proposal.
  • Confident scoping and shaping programs, gathering requirements, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders, and translating ideas into deliverable plans.
  • Organised and practical, able to keep delivery logistics on track and use feedback to strengthen future programs.

The Location

This position will be based at our Parramatta City campus, although travel to other campuses may be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.

Remuneration Package:  Professional Staff Level 7 $116,862 p.a. (comprising Salary of $102,802 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading) in accordance with the College Enterprise Agreement.
