We are looking for a moƟvated and energeƟc Sales & MarkeƟng Assistant to support markeƟng and sales acƟviƟes for a residenƟal apartment complex. The candidate should have good communicaƟon skills and basic knowledge of customer handling and markeƟng.
Responsibilies:
- Handle customer inquiries and site visit coordinaƟon
- Support apartment sales and follow-ups with leads
- Coordinate with brokers, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain customer data and sales records
- Help organize markeƟng campaigns and events
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales or markeƟng preferred
- Good communicaƟon and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Self-moƟvated and professional aƫtude
- Real estate or construcƟon industry experience is a plus
- Freshers with strong communicaƟon skills may also apply.”
