TEAM
You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.
ROLE
We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Game Designer who is deeply passionate about Puzzle games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Define a clear, cohesive design pipeline
- Pitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller components
- Own game balancing, pace, feel
- Always back up your ideas with available data points
- Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile games mechanics
- Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, Game Design, logic, performance, etc.
- Fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feel
- Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends
- Understanding of models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behavior
- Proficiency in Unity a huge plus
- Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software
- Able to create a playable prototype individually as well as within a team
PROFILE
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Game Development and at least 3 years as a game designer
- Experience working on mobile games, F2P or RPG
- Experience in designing LiveOps for a live product is a huge plus
- Creative and hacker mindset
- Good sense of gameplay experience, and special attention to detail
- Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of casual games
- Deep collaboration mindset, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive mindset towards receiving, acting on, and giving feedback
- Accountability, independence, and responsibility when given ownership over your work
- An eagerness to learn new ways to perform your tasks in a more efficient way, and to improve yourself day after day
