- Take part in the inventory lifecycle: receiving and organizing incoming shipments, accurately tagging and logging returned items, and maintaining up-to-date records across all tracking systems.
- Inspect products for damage, cleanliness, and quality standards, flagging items for repair or removal and updating the repair sheet as needed to prepare items for reactivation.
- Clean, pack, and prepare all member orders for shipment, ensuring items are in top condition and shipping labels are accurately created and applied.
- Communicate and escalate issues as needed, including missing parts, damaged items, and return-to-sender packages, while coordinating with internal teams to address order delays and prevent fraud.
- Handle RFID bag processing, including labeling, storage, and usage tracking, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold brand standards.
