Responsibilities
- Develop user-centred design solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mock-ups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to support a consistent user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to support consistent UI implementation.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards.
- Use user feedback and analytics to inform design improvements.
- Keep informed of relevant industry developments to support continuous improvement of the user experience.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Well-developed visual design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
