VALPEO Executive Interim Management is looking for a Supply Chain Director @ interim.
As a Supply Chain Lead, you will:
- Build up the transformation program, according to our client’s strategy
- Manage all supply chain activities in several countries with a view to increase productivity, quality and service.
You have an 'example' position, and by your actions and your results, you contribute to the growth and influence of all distribution channels of our client.
Start date: ASAP
- Education: university level.
- An international experience of about 15-20 years in the field of Supply Chain in the process industry: (petro) chemicals, pharma, food, automotive, metals, recycling...
- Familiar with Seveso, REACH...regulations are a plus.
- A profound knowledge of international S&OP, procurement, production, inventory management and delivery.
- Able to develop an integrated & strategic supply chain vision while appreciating going into detail when necessary.
- Lean, TPM, Operational Excellence... are standard in the backpack.
- Strong inter-personal & influencing skills towards all stakeholders.
- Outstanding people management and coaching skills.
- Resolutely business, customer and results oriented.
- Effective change manager with a results-oriented international track record.
- Used to working in project mode and comfortable with MS Office.
- Languages: perfect command of English.
