To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

YOUR MISSION

UiPath is seeking a Global Income Tax leader to manage the Company's U.S. federal, state, and international corporate income tax matters. This hands-on role encompasses global tax compliance, tax controversy, international tax planning, and strategic tax support for business initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical tax knowledge with practical experience supporting a multinational public company. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, HR, business leaders, and external advisors to manage compliance, evaluate tax implications, and identify planning opportunities that support UiPath's continued global growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH

  • Manage the Company's global corporate income tax compliance process, including U.S. federal, state, local, and foreign income tax filings, in coordination with external tax advisors.
  • Review U.S. federal, state, and international income tax returns, information reporting, workpapers, and related supporting documentation.
  • Oversee foreign corporate income tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and help ensure timely, accurate completion of local filing obligations.
  • Provide technical expertise on U.S. federal, state, and international corporate income tax matters, including NCTI/GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, BEAT, Pillar Two, and other evolving cross-border tax rules.
  • Monitor legislative, regulatory, and administrative developments and assess their impact on the Company's tax positions, operations, and compliance obligations.
  • Research complex tax issues and prepare clear technical analyses and memoranda supporting the Company's positions.
  • Develop and execute international tax planning initiatives aligned with the Company's business objectives and global growth strategy.
  • Advise on the tax implications of legal entity restructurings, intercompany transactions, financing arrangements, intellectual property matters, cash repatriation, and global operating models.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, transaction structuring, post-acquisition integrations, internal reorganizations, and legal entity rationalization projects.
  • Manage U.S. federal, state, and international tax audits and examinations, including responses to tax authority inquiries and information requests.
  • Partner with external advisors to resolve tax controversies, defend Company tax positions, and manage matters efficiently through completion.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, HR, and business leaders to provide practical tax guidance on strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives that improve tax processes, data quality, and internal controls through AI, automation, analytics, and other technology-enabled solutions consistent with UiPath's mission.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, mentor junior members of the Global Tax team, and lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Own and maintain SOX-compliant tax processes and internal controls and partner with Internal Audit, External Audit and Finance to support quarterly and annual SOX testing, control remediation, and audit readiness
