To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

CHIEF OF STAFF, GTM AMERICAS

ABOUT THE JOB

UiPath is transforming how organizations work through automation and AI. As our Americas GTM organization continues to scale and evolve, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to help the President of Americas Sales increase the speed, focus, and effectiveness of the business.

The Chief of Staff will serve as the President’s operating partner and execution integrator. This role will help convert priorities into coordinated action, strengthen the operating rhythm of the organization, remove friction across teams and processes, and ensure that important decisions move quickly from discussion to execution.

The Americas GTM organization operates across multiple segments, industries, customer needs, and go-to-market teams. The successful candidate will help the organization respond more quickly to market changes, customer needs, product and portfolio evolution, and business priorities by ensuring that our teams are positioned to sell the breadth of UiPath’s offerings and deliver against our revenue commitments.

This role will work closely with the President’s Executive Assistant, HR Business Leader, GTM Strategy leader, and Americas leadership team. Each partner will bring distinct expertise; the Chief of Staff will connect those efforts and ensure the organization operates with clarity, urgency, and accountability.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Initiative portfolio and tracking. Build and run the Americas leadership team's long-running initiatives. Drive the coordination and follow through, and where needed fill the gaps with necessary problem solving and analysis.

Weekly intelligence and field communications. Keep pulse on the business by pulling together leadership meeting transcripts, Slack threads, deal and forecast reviews, and field feedback into the operating rhythms and communications with the field. Build this into an automated system vs. a manual chase.

Operating rhythm. Own the agenda, pre-reads, and follow-up for each forum including QBRs, leadership team cadence, important cross functional touchpoints, and decision forums.

Executive leverage systems. Design and build the tools that make the Americas team more efficient. Examples include automated briefing packs, meeting prep, initiative dashboards, and AI-assisted digests drawn from Slack, email, and meeting notes. The expectation is that the CoS builds these, not that they request them from another team.

Delegated initiatives and one-offs. Lead two or three named strategic initiatives at a time end to end on the President's behalf. Illustrative examples are a cross-functional sales play launch, an account-planning push, or customer consumption review cadence. Act as the intake point for one-off requests: triage each one, decide whether it belongs with the CoS, a functional owner, or nowhere, and track whatever is accepted to completion

Turn ambiguity and insights into a plan: Partner with the GTM Strategy leader to translate commercial priorities, insights, and changes in market execution into practical execution across the Americas organization.

Represent the President: Partner with the HR Business Leader and Executive assistant on the execution of the highest priorities, adoption of organizational changes, leadership transitions, and other business priorities, without owning the underlying people strategy. You will handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment, and maturity while anticipating what the organization will need next.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO OUR TEAM

  • 10+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, business operations, consulting, Sales leadership, transformation, or comparable role within a complex organization.
  • Experience supporting a senior executive, preferably a Sales or GTM leader, in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company.
  • Strong understanding of how enterprise GTM organizations operate, including the connection between Sales, pre-sales, Customer Success, Partners, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Professional Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational rigor, simplify processes, remove organizational friction, and accelerate execution.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in which success depends on influence rather than formal authority.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to quickly distinguish between issues that require executive action, cross-functional coordination, or local ownership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and create clear recommendations for senior leaders.
  • A track record of building effective operating mechanisms without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • The ability to anticipate risks, connect dependencies, and drive sustained follow-through across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data, stakeholder input, and customer or field feedback to inform decisions and improve execution.
  • Executive presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust across a broad and diverse leadership group.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity, urgency, shifting priorities, and incomplete information.
  • A practical, low-ego, highly collaborative approach, with the willingness to work across organizational boundaries to help the business move forward.
  • A genuine interest in how businesses evolve and improve, with the curiosity to test, learn, iterate, and continuously raise the effectiveness of the organization.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In this role, success means the Americas GTM organization can move with greater speed, clarity, and coordination.

The Chief of Staff will help create:

  • Faster movement from decision to execution
  • Clearer ownership and stronger follow-through
  • Fewer internal bottlenecks and unnecessary handoffs
  • More effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Earlier visibility to business risks and execution gaps
  • Faster organizational response to customer, market, product, and company changes
  • Stronger readiness to sell UiPath’s evolving portfolio and go-to-market motions
  • A leadership team that is focused on the highest-value priorities
  • An operating environment that can continuously learn, adapt, and improve
  • Greater capacity for the President and leadership team to focus on growth, customers, talent, and revenue performance

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
