Job Responsibilities

  • Help engage with talent across social media and other channels effectively.
  • Lead community strategy initiatives for both Demand and Supply in coordination with Talent Growth leadership.
  • Organize and execute diverse virtual and in-person events, such as roundtables, hackathons, panels, and launch events.
  • Ensure community initiatives are synchronized with Product, Sales, and Marketing departments to bolster retention and acquisition.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years in community management, growth marketing, or brand partnerships; consumer marketplace or Talent growth background preferred.
  • Proven track record growing online communities with measurable engagement outcomes.
  • Experience planning and executing IRL and virtual events at varying scale (10 to 500+ attendees).
  • Data-driven: comfortable with social analytics, community KPIs, and translating insights into action.
  • Strong communicator; able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering.
  • High ownership — moves fast, follows through, thrives in ambiguity.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with community platforms: Slack, Discord, Circle, Luma, or Bevy.
  • Experience building community from scratch at a startup.
  • Background in creator economy, consumer fintech, or social commerce.
