TrueTandem is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support project delivery, align outcomes with federal customer objectives, and translate business needs into practical, compliant technology solutions. This role will lead process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and define future-state processes that improve performance, consistency, and program alignment. The analyst will use gap analyses, impact assessments, KPIs, and current- and future-state evaluations to support data-driven decisions and measurable improvements. The role will also facilitate stakeholder workshops, capture and validate requirements, and align business processes with technology solutions, implementations, upgrades, and adoption activities. This position will support change management through training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and executive-ready reports, dashboards, and briefings.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze current and future-state processes through workshops, interviews, observations, task timing, workflow mapping, and maintenance of process models, service agreements, and cost-benefit documentation.
Coordinate with customers, technical teams, and client service groups to define and improve business information processing systems and interfaces.
Partner with business and technology teams to define, prioritize, and validate requirements.
Document functional and technical requirements, enhancements, and production issues; create Visio workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps.
Use data, KPIs, gap analyses, and impact assessments to support measurable process improvements.
Support SDLC activities, including planning, requirements analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentations.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology enhancements that support continuous improvement.
Support adoption through training, communications, stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, dashboards, and briefings.
Align processes during system implementations and upgrades.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
US Citizenship required
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or Business Data Analyst role supporting complex IT or enterprise transformation initiatives.
10+ years of experience providing IT consulting services in client-facing environments preferred but not required.
10+ years of experience leading requirements elicitation and documentation efforts, including business process analysis, use case and scenario development, workflow redesign, complex logic definition, and development of visual models, analytical tables, and executive-ready presentations.
10+ years of experience applying strong analytical writing, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including direct engagement with senior management and executive stakeholders.
10+ years of experience using modeling tools such as Visio and BPMN, and requirements management or Agile delivery tools such as Jira preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers, customers, project managers, product owners, quality assurance analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Senior-level self-starter with the ability to operate independently, guide workstreams, and drive tasks to completion with limited direct supervision.
Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant professional certification preferred, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, ITIL Foundation, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Agilist, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
Experience modernizing legacy applications and digitizing manual business processes.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and the Azure technology stack.
CLEARANCE:
Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
