Responsibilities:

  • Leading facilities management, workplace operations, and corporate services across all India offices, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant day-to-day operations while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • Managing facilities infrastructure, including preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, UPS, plumbing, fire & life safety, and other MEP systems; overseeing AMCs, statutory inspections, compliance calendars, asset records, CAPEX/OPEX trackers, risk registers, and continuously improving SOPs and operational documentation.
  • Directing end-to-end employee transportation operations across India, including vendor management, service delivery, KPI/SLA monitoring, employee feedback, utilization analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborating with facilities service providers, transportation vendors, Procurement, and Finance to lead vendor onboarding, contract negotiations, renewals, SLA governance, performance reviews, invoice validation, governance meetings, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Managing  workplace projects, including office fit-outs, renovations, relocations, and workspace reconfigurations by coordinating architects, consultants, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders while managing project timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and operational handover.
  • Driving governance, audit readiness, and stakeholder engagement by supporting internal and external audits, ensuring statutory and corporate compliance, tracking audit actions, leading business continuity and workplace resilience initiatives, monitoring operational performance through KPIs and SLAs, and providing regular reporting to Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, Security, and regional business leaders while serving as the primary point of contact for facilities operations across India.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, architecture, business administration, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, IFMA, IWFM, or equivalent facilities management certifications are preferred.
  • At least 10–15 years of experience in facilities management, corporate services, workplace operations, or corporate real estate, with experience managing multi-site corporate facilities; experience in financial services, technology, or multinational organizations is preferred.
  • Expertise in MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, DG, fire and life safety systems, and other critical building infrastructure.
  • Experience with annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), statutory compliance, preventive maintenance programs, SOP development, facilities trackers, audits, vendor invoicing, contract management, and SLA governance.
  • Experience delivering office fit-outs, relocations, workplace enhancement projects, transportation management, business continuity initiatives, and CAPEX/OPEX planning and operational management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across workplace operations.
