Overview:

Wonderful Citrus is seeking an experienced FP&A Leader to partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional business teams in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role will work directly with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and senior business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, identify opportunities to improve business performance, and support long-term strategic initiatives.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers and translate them into meaningful financial insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business trends.
  • Develop executive-level presentations that clearly communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional financial analyses related to profitability, operating expenses, capital investments (CapEx), pricing, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting automation, and financial planning tools.
  • Develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards to support performance management across the business.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data used in planning and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and other departments to improve financial visibility and business performance.
  • Support executive leadership with ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior FP&A team members, promoting best practices and analytical excellence.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or related analytical finance roles.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong experience developing complex financial models and performing scenario analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Experience working with ERP and planning systems such as Oracle Fusion, Hyperion Essbase, Smart View, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Must have a valid U.S. visa and be available to travel to the United States a few times per year, as needed.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, agriculture, consumer products, or supply chain environments is a plus.
