Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to provide specialist DevOps services focused on designing, implementing, and enhancing cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Azure services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, containerization, and monitoring tools to enable scalable, secure, and reliable application deployments.
Scope of Services
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance practices across Azure environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong DevOps expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).
- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and automation .
- Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep .
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python .
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
- Knowledge of Git version control and branching strategies.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and cloud security principles.
