ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Consultant  to drive innovation and deliver transformative AI solutions across Financial Services. This role is ideal for a seasoned AI professional with deep expertise in machine learning, GenAI technologies, and enterprise-level solution design.

This project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank where you will act as an AI Business Architect supporting AI transformation initiatives across Credit and Lending. As Generative AI adoption accelerates, the role will focus on shaping the target operating model, processes, and capabilities to enable scalable, efficient, and controlled AI integration across post-approval activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end business architecture design for AI-enabled post-approval processes within CCM

• Define and deliver the Target Operating Model (TOM) to support AI adoption across the credit lifecycle

• Analyse current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and AI use cases

• Redesign post-approval workflows (e.g. monitoring, servicing, reporting) to embed AI and improve efficiency and control

• Translate AI strategy into practical business process and capability designs

• Collaborate with technology, data, and AI teams to ensure feasible and scalable solution design

• Ensure all designs align with risk, regulatory, and governance requirements within corporate lending

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or AI/data transformation roles

• Proven experience in Business Architecture, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, or transformation delivery

• Experience working on AI strategy, AI-enabled transformation , or analytics-driven change programmes

• Strong understanding of credit and lending processes, ideally within corporate or institutional banking

• Familiarity with post-approval processes (e.g. loan monitoring, covenant tracking, servicing)

• Solid understanding of Generative AI and AI/ML concepts, including practical business applications

• Ability to translate business needs into structured process and capability designs

• Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes within complex organisations
