Logistics is the newest industry focus sector for TX has been working since 2021, and now is rapidly growing with multiple projects deployed since 2024. This is an opportunity to be part of a expanding projects combined with some new projects that has to be built from scratch and support in building a new robot application.
The most exciting part is that, this work will be tightly combined with intelligent robots that Telexistence is building fully in-house, which consists of in-house made HW, SW (from motion planning to AI), and System application.
We strongly believe by developing all in-house would benefit to a better UX to the customer, hence believe our products developed so far give a large impact to the logistics warehouse market.
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will drive the software development of our robot and Logistics operation platform end-to-end — from cloud-hosted services down to the applications that run in the warehouse and on the robot itself, while leading existing team members from technical perspective.
You will work across 3 major components in our system:
Logistics operation application (including robots, and autonomous vehicles)
Operation management system (Cloud infra + Web app to manage the robot and warehouse)
Robot GUI (local web server running in the robot)
This position needs professional experience across both frontend and backend development, with strong hands-on expertise in C# (.NET) and cloud platforms — Azure in particular.
Team & Platform Context
We develop using C# (.NET) for both backend and edge communication services to ensure unified development across systems. Our cloud infrastructure runs on Azure, and robots connect to cloud services through standard IoT/communication protocols. You will work across this stack — from frontend UI to backend services to cloud deployment — to deliver seamless cloud-to-edge operations.
- Gather and analyze requirements for our applications and design software architecture to meet them, across both frontend and backend.
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of the robot management system's GUI and its backend services.
- Architect and build cloud-hosted services on Azure that support the robot operation and warehouse management systems.
- Continuously investigate & improve the software to achieve better UI/UX, performance, and reliability.
- Test newly implemented functionality with actual robots and store environments.
- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.
- Act as a technical lead, raising the engineering bar across the team and mentoring other engineers.
- Actively work on building the team, to create robust and agile work environment to deliver requirements on time.

- Experience with frontend application development (web or game-engine based UI).
- Experience in software development on Linux and Windows OS.
- Experience with some or all of the following: a) releasing applications to production, b) team development with Git, c) developing an app from scratch with UI/UX in mind, d) (nice to have) B2B applications.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture.
- Full development → release → maintenance lifecycle experience: taking a project from zero to production and ongoing maintenance.
- Creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Language: English (Functional), Japanese (conversational).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of gRPC, MQTT, WebSocket, or similar communication protocols.
- Experience with Blazor.
- Experience with Unity/C# or other game-engine UI development.
