Lead incident response for operational issues, including root cause analysis, remediation, and implementation of preventive improvements.
Supervise, mentor, and develop IT operations and help desk staff, establishing priorities, service standards, and expectations for operational performance.
Manage IT assets, hardware and software lifecycles, licensing, vendors, service providers, procurement, renewals, and support escalations.
Monitor and report operational KPIs, system health, service levels, risks, and improvement initiatives to leadership, and support additional responsibilities based on business needs.
