- Maintain company property by watering foliage, picking up litter, clearing walkways, etc.
- Set up conference meeting areas
- Delivering large packages and supplies
- Ordering/purchase general supplies
- Relocation of equipment, supplies, and furnishings involved in office moves
- Perform building construction, maintenance, and repairs as necessary
- Maintain HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing
- Maintain building security systems along with responding to security and safety issues
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and with others
