Our Purchasing team organizes the acquisition of hundreds of thousands of vehicles every year for innovative mobility products such as car rental, subscription, and car sharing. As a Purchasing Support Admin (m/f/d) at SIXT you will be the organizational backbone of the team, handling contract data, fleet information, and holding cost calculations with precision. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You calculate and maintain fleet holding cost calculations in our systems
- You act as the first internal contact person for all data relating to our vehicles and handle various operational issues in day-to-day business
- You manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, updating, and maintaining contract review documents as well as amendments
- You review contract documents and assess holding cost calculations against them
- You evaluate AI-extracted contract data and support prompt optimization to improve data extraction qualit
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education You have completed a degree in Business Management or a vocational training in the commercial or automotive sector and bring relevant professional experience
- Languages You are fluent in English (mandatory) with additional languages being a plus, French and/or Spanish
- Motivation You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a hands-on mentality without losing sight of the details
- Hard Skills You thrive when taking care of all the details of our vehicles with great accuracy and ensuring data consistency
- Tools You have strong Excel and Word skills and are comfortable navigating multiple digital systems
