  • Full-Time Travel, 9pm-5:30am (Based in Ann Arbor with travel within a 30-mile radius)
  • Part-Time, 6am to 10am (Ypsilanti)
  • Part-Time; 12pm-4pm  (Westland)
  • Part-Time, 9pm-5am (Plymouth)
  • Availability to work Weekdays and Weekends

  • Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
  • Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
  • Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
  • Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.


Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.

  • Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
  • Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.
