You’ll likely bring: • A degree or equivalent experience (often in a STEM subject, but not essential). • Some experience writing code - through study, work experience, or personal projects. We’re more interested in how you approach problems and work with others: • You communicate clearly and are comfortable working as part of a team. • You can break down problems and think through possible solutions. • You show initiative - asking questions, trying things out, and taking ownership as you learn.
