Senior Game Producer - Yahtzee!

Scopely is looking for a Sr Game Producer to join our Yahtzee! With Buddies team in Barcelona, Spain on a hybrid basis.

Yahtzee with buddies is one of our casual free-to-play mobile games and is a classic board game with a new look. The team is based in Europe and the Israel, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do

• Own planning and execution for multiple feature pods, managing schedules, resources, and dependencies across disciplines

• Lead all pod ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment and participation from all crafts

• Drive clarity in pre-development by facilitating early planning, identifying risks, and helping teams scope accurately

• Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Art, Engineering, and QA to ensure smooth and efficient feature delivery

• Ensure pod readiness at each milestone, aligning execution with roadmap expectations and quality standards

• Maintain and improve production documentation, including timelines, status reports, and sprint artifacts

• Support cross-functional collaboration by clearing blockers, managing risks, and tracking deliverables

• Foster a healthy and inclusive team environment through clear communication, empathetic leadership, and structured workflows

• Balance multiple initiatives across pods, keeping teams paced and focused without burnout or bottlenecks

• Partner with leads and stakeholders to continuously improve development processes and pod operations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in game production, preferably with mobile games and cross-functional teams

• Proven ability to manage complex timelines, overlapping initiatives, and multiple pods simultaneously

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and seniority levels

• A solid grasp of agile production workflows, including sprint planning, bug triage, and milestone tracking

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment with shifting priorities

• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum

• A collaborative and empathetic leadership style that supports team health and fosters psychological safety

• Ability to context switch effectively and manage the needs of multiple teams without losing track of details

• Passion for production as a craft, and motivation to improve processes and team outcomes
