This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Senior Director, Revenue Enablement will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Revenue Enablement team, driving the strategy and execution of programs that equip our customer-facing teams to consistently perform at their best. We believe that when our people are developed with intention and supported by strong systems, there's no limit to what our revenue organization can achieve.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the following:

Executive Leadership & GTM Alignment

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of enablement professionals, setting clear strategic goals, providing motivation, and fostering professional development.
  • Manage and develop a team of Revenue Enablement Managers and Directors, spearheading talent strategy, building scalable processes, and leveraging state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and cultivate deep relationships with key executive partners in Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure total GTM alignment.

Onboarding & Continuous Learning

  • Design and mandate global onboarding frameworks that deliver a strong shared foundation rooted in a common language.
  • Architect the comprehensive learning journey for all customer-facing teams, spanning from initial onboarding to executive advancement and promotion.
  • Build and deliver world-class, enterprise-grade programs that provide effective, measurable learning at scale.
  • Cultivate and sustain in-depth knowledge of the product, value proposition, competitors, and macroeconomic trends in the unified communications and collaboration industry.

Coaching, Execution & ROI

  • Develop and execute advanced sales strategies that directly contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Engage in cross-functional team-building activities, GTM strategy development, sales training, marketing endeavors, and client care initiatives.
  • Consistently support your leadership team in achieving revenue outcomes, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and removing systemic barriers to their success.

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who live our core values every day, you will also have the opportunity to develop and execute on a process-driven strategy to deliver repeatable scale across a global revenue organization. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a metrics-driven enablement leader who has carried a quota, knows what it takes to sell, and has the credibility with GTM teams to build programs that actually change behavior.
