If so, we invite you to join our global Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CERT) in India.As a Senior Cybersecurity Incident Response Expert, you will be a critical linchpin in protecting Bosch's digital assets. Your impact will resonate across our vast global footprint, ensuring the swift and effective neutralization of cyber threats.Responsibilities:As a Senior Cybersecurity Incident Response Expert, you will be responsible for leading and handling complex security incidents, both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.You will actively optimize the Cybersecurity Incident Management processes, functions and methods within the Bosch Group.Your responsibilities include promoting and coordinating collaboration with international teams and experts within the Bosch Group.Additionally, you will communicate and align with stakeholders at all levels, from executive management to technical experts, including the clear presentation of risks and business impacts.Finally, you will identify risks and promote the development of measures to improve the security posture of the Bosch Group.Qualifications:Education: A completed cybersecurity or incident response related university degree in Information Technology, Digital Forensics, or a comparable field of study.Experience and Know-how:Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity incident management, preferably within a large, globally distributed company.In-depth knowledge and demonstrable experience in leading and coordinating the response to complex, multi-stage security incidents.Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: IT Forensics, Active Directory, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Cloud Environments, SIEM, EDR, SOAR, NDR, Software Development, Scripting, and Automation.Qualification: Certifications such as SANS GIAC or comparable are expected.Personality and Working Style:A strong sense of ownership and a proactive, results-oriented work ethic. You don’t wait for instructions; you identify problems and take the initiative to solve them.Strategic thinking, a confident and professional demeanor, and excellent communication and presentation skills.The ability to lead with influence, not just authority. You can coordinate and guide interdisciplinary teams effectively, even in high-pressure situations without direct reporting lines.Resilience, composure under pressure, and experience mentoring junior team members.A consultative mindset with the confidence to engage in open dialogue, challenge assumptions respectfully, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Global Mindset & Cultural Acumen:Demonstrable experience working within globally distributed teams and multinational organizations.Familiarity and comfort with Western business culture, with a strong preference for experience with German corporate culture.Daily Work: You will manage cybersecurity incidents as a senior member of our global Incident Response team. You will also contribute to strategic projects aimed at strengthening Bosch's overall cybersecurity posture.On-Call Duty: To ensure 24/7 protection, you will participate in a rotating on-call duty system for responding to incidents outside of standard business hours.Enthusiasm: A strong interest in new technologies and trends in cybersecurity, as well as a willingness for continuous professional development.Languages: Excellent written and spoken English. German language skills are a plus.
