About this role
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate test system development projects (from planning to execution)
- Track timelines, budgets , and manage updates throughout the project
- Connect with engineers, partners & other teams – both internally and externally
- Support in capacity planning and logistics
- Own the ordering process – place, coordinate, and document purchase orders for components and samples, track deliveries, and keep the team updated on order status
- Communicate like a pro – keeping everyone in the loop and things running smoothly
📌 What You Bring
- Active student status (full-time university studies)
- Available for min. 20 hours/week , for at least a year
- Passion for tech and a sharp eye for detail
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
- Confident in English , both written and spoken
🌟 Bonus Points
- Background or hands-on experience in engineering, quality, or production (especially in automotive)
- Speaking German is a nice plus
- Familiar with managing or assisting in technical projects
- Experience with purchasing or order-handling tools is a plus
