We are currently seeking a passionate student in their final year of a Master's degree program to join our team for a Curricular Internship Opportunity . As an intern, you will explore the development of Generative AI systems to ensure the functional safety of Automotive software .
The goal of this internship is to assess the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT and Gemini , in detecting and correcting functional safety faults in the source code/configuration of automotive software and compare their performance against traditional algorithmic implementations.

You will…
- Use/Train AI models (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) to detect and correct functional safety faults in automotive software.
- Learn about ISO 26262, the leading standard for ensuring safety of automotive systems.
- Work together with experienced software developers , that will mentor and guide you in your journey.
Key qualifications
- Enrolled in the final year of a university master’s degree program , preferably in Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with C and Python software development.
- Strong interest in Generative AI and how it can augment traditional software development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good English B2/C1 and Italian B2/C1 communications skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with popular GenAI APIs for ChatGPT or Gemini (showing a live demo of what you already developed would be a plus!).
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems, such as Jenkins.

Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month.
