Our client is a fast-growing global fintech company operating a leading online trading platform with a strong international footprint. As the company continues expanding into new markets, they are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to own and evolve their global employee benefits portfolio - from day-to-day operations to strategic rollouts in new locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own annual and quarterly benefits budgeting, cost planning, forecasting, and ongoing cost control.
  • Analyse utilisation trends and vendor reports to identify optimisation opportunities; support Finance with accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Lead vendor relationships across all benefit programmes, managing renewal cycles, pricing negotiations, RFPs, and provider transitions while ensuring SLA and compliance standards are met.
  • Lead benefit setup in new countries - research, design, benchmarking, legal compliance, and rollout - partnering with Legal, Finance, and HR throughout.
  • Conduct ongoing market benchmarking to ensure benefits competitiveness across all operating regions.
  • Analyse market data, employee feedback, and usage patterns to recommend design improvements and support the evolution of the broader benefits strategy.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex employee benefit issues and oversee compliance with statutory benefits requirements across markets (e.g., pensions, local reporting).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Benefits or Total Rewards roles within multinational organisations.
  • Solid expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and statutory reporting.
  • Proven experience setting up benefits in new markets and managing vendor transitions.
  • Background in benefits benchmarking, analytics, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex, cross-regional topics.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-changing international environment.
