The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.

  • Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies within established scope and budget.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with customer stakeholders and team leads to prioritize the backlog, clarify requirements, and establish achievable commitments.
  • Coordinate planned project work alongside emerging customer requests and day-to-day support priorities.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and action items; develop mitigation plans and escalate decisions when needed.
  • Remove impediments and facilitate collaboration across the team, customer stakeholders, and supporting organizations.
  • Monitor team capacity and delivery progress, identify potential delays, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Prepare status reports and customer briefings covering accomplishments, upcoming work, risks, and decisions needed.
  • Maintain project documentation and coordinate change control, deliverable reviews, and customer acceptance.
  • Coach teams on practical Agile practices and use delivery metrics and retrospective feedback to improve performance.
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in project management, Agile delivery, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience preparing customer briefings and project status reports.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or comparable platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, lead through influence, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or comparable certification.
  • Experience supporting federal government or intelligence community customers.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise application or IT support teams.
  • Familiarity with service management, change control, and operational support processes.
  • Experience supporting an Oracle program or coordinating with Oracle consulting teams.
