We are currently seeking a Trainee - Cluster Digital Marketing to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing social media platforms and digital channels across multiple properties.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and online trends.
- Assist with website content updates and basic SEO activities.
- Support digital advertising campaigns and prepare performance reports.
- Assist with online reputation management and digital communication initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and brand standards.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Canva will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong interest in building a career in digital marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced, international environment.
