  • Assist with shipping coordination, documentation, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Prepare project status reports and production updates.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts related to scheduling, order management, and workflow efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, order management, customer service, inside sales support, or operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and project tracking software.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through.
  • Experience in electrical, industrial, or electromechanical manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with configure-to-order (CTO) or make-to-order manufacturing processes.
  • Exposure to power distribution equipment or other industrial products.
  • Experience coordinating logistics and shipments for manufactured products.
  • CAPM certification or interest in pursuing a project management certification.
