Your responsibility and punctuality will be crucial in ensuring that our front-line services run without disruptions.
You will be expected to:
- Ensure inspection booking are following customers’ requirements.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and back-office teams to ensure inspection booking containing all necessary information and all elements are clarified before proceeding with the inspection.
- Quote the inspection order based on the estimated workload and following quotation rules.
- Be the link between the inspectors on-site in the factories and our customers all over the world.
- Other tasks are arranged by the management team.
It could be you if you have:
- A college degree or higher
- Technical expertise in Textile, Footwear, Fabric, Leather or consumer goods.
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Skills, open learning AI tools
It also helps if you:
- Have 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in quality control and/or quality checking
- Pay a lot of attention to detail, even when working fast and meeting tight deadlines
- Has a supervisory experience (but not required)
