Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and account maintenance
- Develop and maintain SOPs and internal guidelines
- Conduct internal training sessions and prepare supporting materials
- Handle daily internal and external client queries professionally
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Preferred experience/understanding of social compliance programs such as Sedex, WRAP, SLCP, ESCP, and client-owned programs.
- Prior experience in client servicing or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
