About the Role :
PubMatic is looking for a Senior Director to lead our growth across Financial Services.
You’ll help define how PubMatic wins with leading brands across banking, credit cards, payments, insurance, fintech, wealth management, and related categories.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant visibility and influence. You’ll build executive relationships, identify our biggest opportunities, shape our approach to the category, and bring teams across PubMatic together around the needs of Financial Services advertisers.
We’re looking for someone who knows the industry, has strong relationships, and can turn a strategic vision into meaningful commercial growth.
What You'll Do :
- Own and shape PubMatic’s strategy for Financial Services
- Build trusted relationships with executive leaders at priority Financial Services brands
- Identify and lead significant growth opportunities across complex enterprise accounts
- Establish a strong point of view on the category and position PubMatic as a strategic partner to Financial Services marketers
- Connect advertiser priorities to PubMatic’s programmatic, audience, data, and technology capabilities
- Lead complex opportunities involving multiple client and internal stakeholders
- Bring together Product, Client Success, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and commercial teams around our biggest opportunities
- Represent the voice of Financial Services advertisers internally and help shape our approach to the market
- Bring client insights, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends back into the business
- Mentor colleagues and help elevate strategic selling and executive engagement across the team
- Represent PubMatic as a senior voice in the Financial Services advertising community
Who You Are :
- 12 or more years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, enterprise sales, strategic business development, or client leadership
- Strong experience and relationships across the Financial Services advertising ecosystem
- A track record of building executive relationships and turning them into meaningful commercial growth
- The ability to set direction, create alignment, and lead through influence
- Strong executive presence and credibility with senior client stakeholders
- A deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the evolving needs of Financial Services marketers
- Experience navigating complex organizations and leading large, strategic opportunities
- A collaborative leadership style and a willingness to share expertise and mentor others
Compensation Disclosure
In accordance with applicable law, the below salary rang e provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skill s and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
Total Compensation Range
$375,000 — $390,000 USD
