Precisely is an AI-first organization. All employees are expected to demonstrate proficiency in applying AI tools to accelerate their work, improve output quality, and eliminate low-value tasks. Candidates should be comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) in their day-to-day workflows, able to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, and open to continuously adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge.

Overview:

Support the reporting, analytics, and operational activities of Precisely’s global Procurement and Shared Services organization. This role is responsible for transforming data from multiple systems into meaningful business insights, executive reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics. The role also provides administrative support across procurement operations, travel, expense management, corporate cards, ESG reporting, and related Shared Services programs.

What you will do:

  • Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations for Procurement and Shared Services leadership
  • Consolidate and analyze data across Coupa, Concur, NetSuite, Asana, Jira, and other business systems
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Build recurring and ad hoc reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Identify trends, risks, compliance issues, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Prepare materials and reporting for executive leadership reviews
  • Support travel, expense, procurement, supplier, ESG, and corporate card reporting programs
  • Assist with procurement administration and operational support activities
  • Respond to stakeholder requests for reporting, analysis, and operational support
  • Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy across multiple platforms
  • Leverage AI tools such as Copilot, Power BI, and Alteryx to improve reporting efficiency and business insights

What we are looking for:

Required:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, finance, procurement operations, or shared services
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience building executive dashboards and presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to consolidate information from multiple systems and data sources
  • Ability to tell a story with data and present findings clearly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable supporting operational and administrative activities in addition to reporting responsibilities
  • Experience building and preparing executive level presentations and reporting

AI Skills/Knowledge:


Moderate to expert-level proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Alteryx) for data analysis and anomaly detection is a mandatory requirement for this role.


Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Automate, etc.


Open to continuously adopting new AI capabilities to improve reporting and procurement insight.
