Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and convert leads into customers through direct sales strategies.
- Conduct sales presentations, explain product benefits, and address customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories or markets.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
- Minimum qualification: BSC/HND in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus
