We are building the future of residential real estateʼs critical listings infrastructure: a platform where market research and client collaboration converge. Our modern architecture enables continuous innovation at a pace legacy systems cannot match, with AI-powered features and mobile-first capabilities designed for how agents actually work. As consumer expectations and technology evolve, Perchwell remains focused on our core vision: empowering real estate professionals with the most intelligent, data-driven, and connected platform in the industry.

You'll play a critical role in driving the next phase of growth for Perchwell. As a member of the executive team, you'll serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping shape company strategy, resource allocation, and operational execution as we scale.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll build and lead the financial foundation required to support Perchwell's next chapter of growth. You'll operate at both a high-level strategic altitude and down in the details, owning FP&A, fundraising initiatives, board reporting, and cross-functional business partnership across the organization.
We're looking for a highly analytical operator who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution. You'll help establish the systems, processes, and decision-making frameworks that enable Perchwell to scale while maintaining the agility and ambition that have driven our success to date.

- Own FP&A, including forecasting, planning, and internal/external reporting.
- Partner closely with leaders across GTM, Product, and Operations to improve decision-making and drive accountability against company goals.
- Lead fundraising activities, investor communications, and board reporting processes, serving as a key interface with investors and external stakeholders.
- Develop and operationalize best-in-class SaaS metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance management systems across the business.
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, cash management, and business performance reporting while ensuring financial rigor and discipline across the organization.
- Evaluate strategic opportunities, partnerships, and emerging business initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and business modeling.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization as the company grows.
Required for the Role
- 12+ years of relevant experience across strategic finance, investment banking, PE, VC, corporate finance, business operations, or related fields.
- Experience in scaling high-growth technology or SaaS businesses, preferably in venture-backed environments in the Series B through E stages.
- Demonstrated success partnering directly with CEOs, founders, and executive leadership teams on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Experience leading company planning processes, board reporting, fundraising activities, and investor communications.
- A highly ambitious "roll up your sleeves" mentality and willingness to work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including recurring revenue metrics, pricing, sales compensation, forecasting, retention, expansion, and unit economics.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all levels of an organization.
- Experience in real estate technology, marketplace businesses, data businesses, or adjacent industries is a plus.
